David Deri was born in 1975 in Yeruham, Israel. He is a director and writer, ISEF alum, and best known for the controversial documentaries THE ANCESTRAL SIN (NYSJFF 2017) and LABOR, REBELLION, UPHEAVAL (NYSJFF 2018). His other films include LOST WITH TZUFIT GRANT (2011) and NO LONGER ACHMED (2007).
